Christian worship is not about music preference, a dress code, organs vs. guitars, hymnals vs. video projectors, or other stylistic differences. Simply put, worship is when we come into the presence of Creator God and simply adore the One who, through Death, Burial, and Resurrection, saves us from our sin and then fills us with His Spirit for the living of our days.
Not sure what to expect if you join us on a Sunday morning at 10:30? OK, here's the 411 on what to expect in worship.First, we promise you won't be embarrassed, singled out, or pressured to join the church, so relax and focus on God's presence. We'll be singing songs to express our love for God, and the words will be on screen so you can sing along. You may also see the Christian Sacraments - Baptism & Holy Communion, and we'll be sure to explain what they mean so you won't feel left out.You will hear a message of hope and practical biblical application designed to enable you to discover new truths that help you see your role in God's Story. In fact, you just might see your life from a different point of view. We encourage you to bring your Bible (digital or print version) in order to follow along. We'll be done in about an hour and 10 minutes so you'll be ready to go pick up your little ones, socialize in the lobby area, meet new friends for lunch, or just head home.
So, please, come and be loud, be soft, stand, sit, bow down, lift up your hands, close your eyes, but most importantly just come and connect (or reconnect) to the story God is telling with your life through WORSHIP!
So ... we can count on seeing you Sunday morning at 10:30, right?
